Share market update: Visagar Polytex, JSTL among top gainers on BSE
Among the 50 components in the Nifty index, 37 shares were trading in the green, while 13 were in the red.

NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 171.12 points up at 36,652.21 on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.
Shares of Visagar Polytex (up 20 per cent) , Asian Hotels (E) (up 19.38 per cent) , Dynacons (up 19.22 per cent) , Jeevan Scientific Technology (up 18.44 per cent) , Saboo Sodium (up 18.03 per cent) , Oswal Green Tech (up 15.97 per cent) , Agri-Tech (India) (up 15.19 per cent) , Valson Industries (up 15.00 per cent) , Mukta Arts (up 13.92 per cent) and Think Ink Studio (up 13.46 per cent) were among the top performers.
The Nifty 50 index was trading 46.10 points up at 10,863.70.
