Share market update: Viji Finance, Stampede Capital among top losers on BSE

NEW DELHI: The benchmark equity index BSE Sensex was trading 464.50 points up at 31,854.57 on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Shares of Stampede Cap (down 25.00 per cent), Viji Finance (down 16.67 per cent), Impex Ferro Tech (down 16.67 per cent), Pradip Overseas (down 14.29 per cent), Sujana Towers (down 12.50 per cent), Diamond Power (down 12.50 per cent), Ballarpur Inds. (down 12.50 per cent), D P Wires Ltd. (down 11.17 per cent), Ankit Metal Pwr (down 11.11 per cent) and Bartronics (down 10.00 per cent) were among the worst performers.

In the Nifty pack, 42 stocks were in the green, while 8 stocks were in the red. The Nifty index was trading 147.55 points up at 9,344.95.
