Share market update: Viji Finance, Goenka Diamond among top losers on BSE

NEW DELHI: The benchmark equity index BSE Sensex was trading 173.74 points down at 30,405.35 on account of selling in frontline bluechip counters.

Shares of KSS (down 50.00 per cent), Splendid Metal Prod (down 33.33 per cent), Unity Infraproj (down 25.00 per cent), Banco Products (down 20.75 per cent), Goenka Diamond (down 20.00 per cent), Omfurn India (down 20.00 per cent), Spentex Ind (down 20.00 per cent), Gayatri Highways (down 20.00 per cent), Global Education (down 19.53 per cent) and Viji Finance (down 16.67 per cent) were among the worst performers.

In the Nifty pack, 22 stocks were in the green, while 26 stocks were in the red. The Nifty index was trading 34.05 points down at 8,933.
