Share market update: Tyre stocks mixed; Krypton Industries rises 5%

NEW DELHI: Tyre stocks were trading on a mixed note in Monday's afternoon session.

Shares of Krypton Industries (up 4.95 per cent), Goodyear India (up 2.17 per cent), Goa Carbon (up 1.19 per cent), Apollo Tyres (up 0.62 per cent), CEAT (up 0.48 per cent), Phillips Carbon (up 0.38 per cent) and Oriental Carbon & Chem (up 0.33 per cent) were among the top gainers.

While Govind Rubber (down 1.91 per cent), Balkrishna Industries (down 0.69 per cent), MRF (down 0.53 per cent), TVS Srichakra (down 0.14 per cent) and J K Tyre & Industries (down 0.07 per cent) were among the top losers.


The NSE Nifty-50 index was trading 58.70 points up at 12315.5, while the 30 shares BSE Sensex was up 217.60 points at 41817.32 at around 02:05 pm.
