Share market update: Suzlon Energy, SREI Infra among top gainers on BSE
Among the 50 components in the Nifty index, 9 shares were trading in the green, while 41 were in the red.

NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 123.28 points down at 41,503.36 on account of selling in frontline bluechip counters.
Shares of Suzlon Energy (up 19.65 per cent) , Jai Balaji Inds (up 19.58 per cent) , Jaykay Enterprises (up 13.82 per cent) , Lahoti Overseas (up 13.23 per cent) , Indsil Hydro (up 12.87 per cent) , Maan Aluminium (up 12.63 per cent) , Oswal Agro Mill (up 11.69 per cent) , Punjab Alkalies (up 10.03 per cent) , Prithvi Exchange (up 9.86 per cent), Cenlub Ind (up 9.77 per cent) and SREI Infra (up 6.30 per cent) were among the top gainers.
The Nifty 50 index was trading 43.65 points down at 12,238.55.
