Share market update: Suzlon Energy, JIK among top losers on BSE

NEW DELHI: The benchmark equity index BSE Sensex was trading 153.43 points up at 41,605.78 on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Shares of Uttam Value (down 33.33 per cent), Airo Lam (down 19.04 per cent), Ramsarup (down 16.67 per cent), JIK Industries (down 16.67 per cent), Goenka Diamond (down 16.67 per cent), Unity Infraproj (down 14.29 per cent), Ortel Communications (down 11.11 per cent), Diligent Media Corporation (down 11.11 per cent), Impex Ferro Tech (down 11.11 per cent) and Suzlon Energy (9.93 per cent) were among the worst performers.

In the Nifty pack, 33 stocks were in the green, while 16 stocks were in the red. The Nifty index was trading 42.80 points up at 12,258.7.
