Share market update: Shriram Transport, Motherson Sumi among top losers on BSE

NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 904.19 points down at 30743.81 on account of selling in frontline bluechip counters.

Shares of Rishi Techtex (down 14.86 per cent), Riddhi Siddhi (down 14.00 per cent), Supreme Petro (down 12.76 per cent), Premier Exp (down 12.72 per cent), Rasi Electrodes (down 11.65 per cent), Vama Industries (down 11.64 per cent), Motherson Sumi (down 11.46 per cent), I P Rings (down 11.25 per cent), Shriram Transport Finance (down 11.02 per cent) and United Drilling (down 11.00 per cent) were among the top losers.

In the Nifty pack, 8 stocks were in the green, while 42 stocks were in the red. The Nifty index was trading 252.35 points down at 9009.5 .
