Share market update: SAIL, PC Jeweller among top gainers on BSE
Among the 50 components in the Nifty index, 23 shares were trading in the green, while 27 were in the red.

NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 54.03 points down at 37,069.28 on account of selling in frontline bluechip counters.
Shares of Nagreeka Capital (up 19.98 per cent) , Lotus Chocolate (up 19.29 per cent) , GPT Infraprojects (up 17.38 per cent), Beekay Steel Industries (up 15.69 per cent) , Punjab Alkalies (up 13.67 per cent) , MSR India (up 13.55 per cent) , TBZ (up 12.57 per cent) , JK Agri (up 12.31 per cent) , Lotus Eye Hospital (up 12.15 per cent), SAIL (up 6.90 per cent), Rathi Bars (up 11.43 per cent) and PC Jeweller (up 5.91 per cent) were among the top performers.
The Nifty 50 index was trading 16.15 points down at 10,987.35.
