Share market update: Realty stocks trade mixed; DLF among gainers

NEW DELHI: Realty stocks Oberoi Realty (up 1.13 per cent), Phoenix Mills (up 0.57 per cent), DLF (up 0.33 per cent) and Indiabulls Real Estate (up 0.12 per cent) were trading up during the last hour of Monday's trading session.

However, Unitech (down 2.13 per cent), Housing Development & Infrastructure (down 1.53 per cent), Prestige Estates Projects (down 1.52 per cent), Brigade Enterprises (down 1.31 per cent) and Sobha (down 0.16 per cent) were down.

The Nifty Realty index was trading flat at 288 around 02:55 pm.


Weakness in global stocks amid worries of a trade war between the US and China was weighing on domestic sentiment.

Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was flat at 10,827.

Burnpur Cement, Gammon India, ICRA, Bharti Infratel and Indian Overseas Bank hit 52-week lows on NSE.
