Share market update: NBCC, Jai Corp among top gainers on BSE
Among the 50 components in the Nifty index, 35 shares were trading in the green, while 13 were in the red.

NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 132.88 points up at 40,602.66 on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.
Shares of Gokul Solutions (up 20 per cent) , Zodiac JRD MKJ (up 19.97 per cent) , Ansal Housing (up 19.96 per cent) , Hilton Metal (up 19.94 per cent) , Surat Textile (up 19.59 per cent) , Tarini International (up 19.35 per cent) , Titan Securities (up 18.79 per cent) , Prajay Engineering (up 15.86 per cent), Cybermate Info (up 15.20 per cent), Stampede Cap (up 15.02 per cent), NBCC (India) (up 13.54 per cent) and Jai Corp (up 8.09 per cent) were among the top performers.
The Nifty 50 index was trading 33.75 points up at 11,999.80.
