Share market update: Mining stocks trade lower; ASIIL slips 6%

NEW DELHI: Mining stocks were trading in the negative zone in Friday's afternoon session.

Oriental Trimex (down 9.55 per cent), ASI Industries (down 6.25 per cent), Orissa Minerals Development Company (down 5.01 per cent), Pacific Industries (down 5.00 per cent), Pokarna (down 4.95 per cent), Ashapura Minechem (down 4.91 per cent), Shirpur Gold Refinery (down 4.88 per cent), 20 Microns (down 4.70 per cent), Deccan Gold Mines (down 4.22 per cent) and MOIL (down 4.17 per cent) were among the top losers.

The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 327.15 points down at 10941.85, while the 30share BSE Sensex was down 1052.14 points at 37418.47 at around 12:38 pm.
