Share market update: Mindteck, PTC India among top gainers on BSE
Among the 50 components in the Nifty index, 14 shares were trading in the green, while 36 were in the red.

NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 306.66 points down at 38,790.48 on account of selling in frontline bluechip counters.
Shares of Ind Renewable Energies (up 15.15 per cent) , Innovators Facade Systems (up 12.88 per cent) , Garden Silk Mills (up 11.71 per cent) , Kkalpana Industries (up 11.48 per cent) , Rama Phosphates (up 9.81 per cent) , Modex International (up 9.60 per cent) , Alphalogic Techsys (up 9.18 per cent) , PTC Financial (up 8.61 per cent) , Apcotex Industries (up 8.48 per cent), Indsil Hydro (up 8.39 per cent), Mindteck (up 6.50 per cent) and PTC India (up 6.02 per cent) were among the top performers.
The Nifty 50 index was trading 86.35 points down at 11,501.85.
