Share market update: Magma Fincorp, Reliance Capital among top losers on BSE

NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 161.73 points up at 40,518.42 on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Shares of Pokarna Ltd (down 19.98 per cent) , Prime Focus (down 19.97 per cent) , Mindteck India (down 14.15 per cent) , NGL Fine Chem (down 10.00 per cent) , MediCaps Ltd (down 9.93 per cent) , Fortis Malar (down 9.34 per cent) , Vadilal Ind (down 8.87 per cent) , Solitaire Mach (down 8.17 per cent), Clarus Infra (down 7.83 per cent), Magma Fincorp (down 5.45 per cent) and Reliance Capital (down 5 per cent) were among the worst performers.

In the Nifty pack, 33 stocks were in the green, while 16 stocks were in the red.


The Nifty index was trading 44.95 points up at 11,940.40.
