Share market update: JK Tyre, SREI Infra among top gainers on BSE
Among the 50 components in the Nifty index, 41 shares were trading in the green, while 9 were in the red.

NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 177.28 points up at 40,229.15 on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.
Shares of Ind Renewable Energy (up 19.93 per cent) , WEP Solutions (up 19.89 per cent) , Manaksia Coated (up 19.83 per cent) , Seasons Textiles (up 19.80 per cent) , Sterling Tools (up 18.96 per cent) , Prism Medico (up 17.16 per cent) , ASM Tech (up 16.71 per cent) , Niyogin Fintech (up 16.40 per cent) , Bhilwara Tech (up 15.13 per cent), Ramco Systems (up 14.91 per cent), JK Tyre (up 12.17 per cent) and SREI Infrastructure (up 8 per cent) were among the top performers.
The Nifty 50 index was trading 51.55 points up at 11,895.65.
