Share market update: Indostar Capital, Vodafone Idea among top gainers on BSE

NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 147.88 points up at 40,312.91 on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Shares of Parnax Lab (up 15.07 per cent) , Orient Abrasive (up 14.68 per cent) , Kriti Nutrients (up 12.63 per cent) , Indostar Capital (up 11.05 per cent), Stampede Cap (up 10.73 per cent) , Genus Pwr Infra (up 10.54 per cent) , Zen Tech (up 10.05 per cent) , Oswal Agro Mill (up 9.27 per cent) , Kerala Ayurveda (up 9.11 per cent) , Hawkins Cookers (up 8.71 per cent), Pioneer
Invest (up 8.68 per cent) and Vodafone Idea (up 7.91 per cent) were among the top performers.


The Nifty 50 index was trading 54.60 points up at 11,945.20.

Among the 50 components in the Nifty index, 36 shares were trading in the green, while 14 were in the red.
