Share market update: Indiabulls Housing, Tejas Networks among top gainers on BSE

NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 539.16 points up at 38,836.45 on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Shares of Manaksia Ltd (up 19.80 per cent), Surana Telecom (up 19.77 per cent), Zenith Fibres (up 19.26 per cent), Xelpmoc Design and Tech Ltd. (up 17.13 per cent), Indiabulls Housing (up 16.66 per cent), Lahoti Overseas (up 16.07 per cent), Faze Three Ltd (up 14.42 per cent), Pasupati Acrylon (up 14.35 per cent), Chaman Lal Setia (up 13.97 per cent), SAL Automotive Ltd. (up 13.46 per cent) and Tejas Networks (up 9.80 per cent) were among the best performers.

The Nifty 50 index was trading 154.05 points up at 11,355.80. Among the 50 components in the Nifty index, 49 shares were trading in the green, while 1 were in the red.
