Share market update: Honeywell Automation, Shriram Transport among top gainers on BSE

NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 402.85 points up at 40,275.16 on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Shares of Alufluoride Ltd (up 17.75 per cent) , Caprihans India (up 16.58 per cent) , Lancer Container Lines Ltd. (up 15.57 per cent) , Rama Phosphates (up 14.29 per cent) , Dynamatic Tech (up 12.09 per cent) , Sumedha Fiscal (up 10.92 per cent) , Kerala Ayurveda (up 10.81 per cent) , Vedavaag Systems (up 10.58 per cent), Milkfood (up 10.38 per cent), Advani Hotels (up 10.29 per cent), Shriram Transport Finance (up 9.30 per cent) and Honeywell Automation (up 8.82 per cent) were among the best performers.

The Nifty 50 index was trading 118.80 points up at 11,826.70.


Among the 50 components in the Nifty index, 44 shares were trading in the green, while 6 were in the red.
