Share market update: Hindalco, Motherson Sumi among top gainers on BSE

NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 347.12 points up at 32461.64 on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Shares of SE Power (up 20.00 per cent), Hester Biosciences (up 20.00 per cent), Suryalakshmi (up 17.94 per cent), Kanpur Plastip (up 16.83 per cent), Cybermate Info (up 16.82 per cent), Strides Shasun (up 16.43 per cent), Hindustan Tin (up 15.58 per cent), Cenlub Ind (up 15.12 per cent), Rishiroop (up 12.95 per cent) and Healthcare Global Enterprises (up 12.37 per cent), Motherson Sumi (up 8 per cent) and Hindalco Industries (up 6.94 per cent) were among the top performers.

The Nifty 50 index was trading 101.05 points up at 9481.95.


Among the 50 components in the Nifty index, 41 shares were trading in the green, while 9 were in the red.
