Share market update: Fertilizer stocks down; Nagarjuna Fertilizers slips 3%

Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chem down by 3.09 per cent and Fertilizers & Chemicals Travancore down by 2.03 per cent

NEW DELHI: Fertilizer stocks were trading lower in the Wednesday's afternoon session.

Shares of Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chem (down 3.09 per cent), Fertilizers & Chemicals Travancore (down 2.03 per cent), Basant Agro Tech (India) (down 1.90 per cent), Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals (down 1.50 per cent), Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers (down 1.42 per cent) were among the top losers.

While Coromandel International (up 2.32 per cent), Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilizers (up 1.84 per cent), Bharat Agri Fertilizers & Realty (up 1.03 per cent) and Aries Agro (up 0.16 per cent) were among the top gainers.

The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 35.05 points up at 12200.05, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was up 116.17 points at 41468.34 at around 02:05 pm.
