Share market update: Fertilizer stocks slip; Agro Phos slumps 5%

NEW DELHI: Fertilizer stocks were trading with losses in Monday's afternoon session.

Shares of Agro Phos (down 4.98 per cent), Madras Fertlizers (down 3.65 per cent), Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals (down 3.60 per cent), G S F C (down 3.55 per cent), Fertilizers & Chemicals Tranvancore (down 3.49 per cent), Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers (down 3.15 per cent), Deepak Fertilizers & Petrochemicals (down 2.85 per cent), Aries Agro (down 2.64 per cent), ZUARI AGRO (down 2.36 per cent), National Fertilizer (down 2.20 per cent), Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers (down 1.95 per cent), Southern Petrochemicals Industries (down 1.77 per cent), Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers (down 0.56 per cent) and Madhya Bharat Agro Products (down 0.56 per cent) were among the top losers.

The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 94.25 points down at 12,258.10, while the 30share BSE Sensex was down 308.83 points at 41,636.54 at around 02:14 pm.
