Share market update: Fertilizer stocks mixed; Nagarjuna Fertilizers climbs 5%

NEW DELHI: Fertilizer stocks were trading on a mixed note in Friday's afternoon session.

Shares of Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chem (up 4.79 per cent), Aries Agro (up 1.94 per cent), Coromandel International (up 1.54 per cent), Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers (up 0.72 per cent) and Deepak Fertilizers & Petrochemicals (up 0.56 per cent) were among the top gainers.

Zuari Agro (down 4.24 per cent), Rama Phosphates (down 2.12 per cent), Fertilizers & Chemicals Tranvancore (down 2.00 per cent), Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers (down 1.57 per cent), Basant Agro Tech (India) (down 1.33 per cent), GSFC (down 1.26 per cent), Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers (down 1.25 per cent), Bharat Agri Fertilizer & Realty (down 0.71 per cent) and National Fertilizer (down 0.36 per cent) were among the top losers.


The NSE Nifty-50 index was trading 35.35 points up at 12251.25, while the 30 shares BSE Sensex was up 128.08 points at 41580.43 at around 02:05.
