Share market update: Electrosteel Steels, Khadim India among stocks that touched 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Electrosteel Steels, AstraZeneca Pharma India, Ind-Swift Laboratories and Khadim India featured among stocks that touched 52-week highs on NSE in Tuesday's weak market.
Mahindra Lifespace Developers, Relaxo Footwears, Tata Elxsi, Torrent Pharmaceuticals, United Breweries and Zydus Wellness too joined the bandwagon of stocks that touched 52-week highs.
By 11:30 am, as many as 14 stocks had hit 52-week highs on NSE.
Benchmark indices were down, tracking weakness across Asian markets.
The US President's warning to impose a 10 per cent tariff on $200 billion of Chinese goods in a tit-for-trade trade war spooked global sentiment.
In the Nifty pack, 12 stocks were in the green and 38 in the red.
In the Sensex index, 8 stocks were up and 23 were down.
All sectors were in the red on NSE, with realty, PSU bank and media indices falling over 1 per cent.
Bajaj Finance, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, GAIL (India), Lupin and HDFC Bank were among the top gainers in the Nifty index.
On the contrary, HPCL, BPCL, Indian Oil Corporation, Vedanta and Infosys were among the top losers in the Nifty pack of stocks.
