Share market update: Dish TV, Prabhat Dairy among top gainers on BSE
Among the 50 components in the Nifty index, 34 shares were trading in the green, while 16 were in the red.

NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 174.36 points up at 36,818.78 on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.
Shares of Prabhat Dairy (up 19.95 per cent) , Jeevan Scientific Technology (up 19.41 per cent) , Commercial Syn Bags (up 18.34 per cent) , Moschip Semiconductor (up 17.07 per cent) , Akme Star Housing Finance (up 17.03 per cent) , Yash Chemex (up 16.87 per cent) , Suryaamba Spin (up 16.75 per cent) , Ludlow Jute (up 16.39 per cent) , RattanIndia Infrastructure (up 16.35 per cent), Velan Hotels (up 12.94 per cent) and Dish TV (up 6.01 per cent) were among the top performers.
The Nifty 50 index was trading 42.60 points up at 10,890.50.
