Share market update: DCM Nouvelle, Lancor Holdings among top gainers on BSE
Among the 50 components in the Nifty index, 39 shares were trading in the green, while 11 were in the red.

NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 229.42 points up at 38,822.94 on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.
Shares of DCM Nouvelle (up 19.55 per cent) , Metroglobal Ltd (up 16.85 per cent) , Wall Street Finance (up 16.71 per cent), Asian Hotels (E) (up 15.70 per cent), Tainwala Chem (up 15.31 per cent) , Vaswani Industries (up 14.97 per cent), Lancor Holdings (up 12.40 per cent) , BPL (up 12.38 per cent) , North Eastern (up 12.36 per cent) and Garden Silk Mills (up 12.08 per cent) were among the top performers.
The Nifty 50 index was trading 68.10 points up at 11,508.30.
