Share market update: Cummins India, PTC Industries among top gainers on BSE
Among the 50 components in the Nifty index, 46 shares were trading in the green, while 4 were in the red.

NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 223.89 points up at 41,190.75 on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.
Shares of Suncare Traders (up 17.08 per cent), Lancor Holdings (up 13.17 per cent), Jaykay Enterprises (up 12.01 per cent), Basant Agro Tech (up 10.96 per cent), Oswal Agro Mill (up 10.82 per cent), PTC Industries Ltd. (up 10.00 per cent), Fraser & Company Ltd. (up 8.33 per cent), Prakash Pipes Ltd. (up 8.25 per cent), Mafatlal Ind (up 8.07 per cent), Wall Street Fin (up 7.69 per cent) and Cummins India (up 6.72 per cent) were among the best performers.
The Nifty 50 index was trading 69.30 points up at 12,125.10.
