Share market update: Corporation Bank, Vodafone Idea among top gainers on BSE

NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 51.38 points up at 40,335.57 on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Shares of Southern Online (up 20.00 per cent) , Manaksia Coated (up 19.96 per cent) , Vodafone Idea (up 19.69 per cent) , Stampede Cap (up 19.66 per cent), OnMobile Global (up 17.07 per cent) , Arrow Textiles (up 16.63 per cent) , HCL Infosystems (up 14.90 per cent) , Corporation Bank (up 13.15 per cent) and Cenlub Ind (up 12.35 per cent) were among the top gainers.

The Nifty 50 index was trading 12 points up at 11,896.50.


Among the 50 components in the Nifty index, 20 shares were trading in the green, while 30 were in the red.
