Share market update: Corporation Bank, Suzlon Energy among top gainers on BSE

NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 73.40 points up at 39,912.65 on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Shares of Caprihans India (up 19.94 per cent), Saven Tech (up 18.77 per cent), Asian Hotels (E) (up 18.56 per cent), Cybertech Systems (up 16.02 per cent), Lancor Holdings (up 16 per cent), NTC Industries (up 13.69 per cent), Hisar Metal Industries (up 12.05 per cent), Kkalpana Industries (up 12.04 per cent), Intense Tech (up 11.24 per cent), Shree Surgovind (up 9.92 per cent), Corporation Bank (up 9.98 per cent) and Suzlon Energy (up 5.89 per cent) were among the top performers.

The Nifty 50 index was trading 22.25 points up at 11,939.


Among the 50 components in the Nifty index, 32 shares were trading in the green, while 16 were in the red.
