Share market update: Cement stocks mixed; Heidelberg Cement leaps over 7%

NEW DELHI: Cement stocks were trading on a mixed note in Friday's afternoon session.
Heidelberg Cement India (up 7.47 per cent), Burnpur Cement (up 4.70 per cent), Shree Digvijay Cement Co (up 2.28 per cent), Sanghi Industries (up 1.84 per cent) and Barak Valley Cements (up 1.60 per cent) were among the top gainers.
Shiva Cement (down 5.02 per cent), Keerthi Industries (down 4.99 per cent), K C P (down 4.41 per cent), JK Lakshmi Cement (down 3.31 per cent) and The Ramco Cements Ltd (down 3.17 per cent) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 136.00 points down at 11164.45, while the 30 share BSE Sensex was down 477.78 points at 37832.71 at around 03:10PM.
