Share market update: Aviation stocks mixed; SpiceJet zooms 6%

NEW DELHI: Aviation stocks were trading on a mixed note in Monday's afternoon session.

Shares of SpiceJet (up 6.03 per cent), Global Vectra Helicorp (up 2.63 per cent), TAAL Enterprises (up 2.52 per cent) and Interglobe Aviation (up 0.42 per cent) were among the top gainers.

While Jagson Airlines (down 4.94 per cent), Jet Airways (down 4.89 per cent) and Taneja Aerospace & Aviation (down 3.79 per cent) were among the top losers.


The NSE Nifty-50 index was trading 3.45 points down at 12242.35, while the 30 shares BSE Sensex was down 53.54 points at 41521.6 at around 02:57 pm.
