Share market update: Aviation stocks mixed; Jet Airways flies 5%

NEW DELHI: Aviation stocks were trading on a mixed note in Tuesday's afternoon session.

Shares of Jet Airways (up 4.87 per cent), Interglobe Aviation (up 2.40 per cent) and TAAL Enterprises (up 1.33 per cent) were among the top gainers.

While SpiceJet (down 3.62 per cent), Taneja Aerospace & Aviation (down 1.09 per cent) and Global Vectra Helicorp (down 0.87 per cent) were among the top losers.


The NSE Nifty-50 index was trading 57.50 points up at 12050.55, while the 30 shares BSE Sensex was up 192.46 points at 40869.09 at around 02:33 pm.
