Share market update: Avanti Feeds, SCI among top gainers on BSE

NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 78.15 points up at 39,376.53 on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Shares of Caprihans India (up 19.74 per cent) , Oswal Green Tech (up 19.57 per cent) , De Nora India (up 18.28 per cent) , Bambino Agro (up 16.61 per cent) , Visa Steel Ltd (up 16.42 per cent) , Binny Ltd (up 15.39 per cent) , Andrew Yule (up 14.66 per cent) , Prism Medico (up 14.29 per cent) , KCP Sugar (up 13.21 per cent), SCI (up 12.46 per cent) and Avanti Feeds (up 10.85 per cent) were among the top performers.

The Nifty 50 index was trading 38.20 points up at 11,700.05.


Among the 50 components in the Nifty index, 42 shares were trading in the green, while 8 were in the red.
