Share market update: Aurobindo Pharma, Vodafone Idea among top losers on BSE

NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 17.20 points down at 40,098.86 on account of selling in frontline bluechip counters.

Shares of Vodafone Idea (down 21.08 per cent) , Shreyans Ind (down 12.60 per cent) , Tanfac Ind (down 12.14 per cent) , Alpa Labs (down 10.12 per cent) , Ansal Housing (down 9.98 per cent) , Garnet Constructions (down 9.70 per cent) , Riba Textiles (down 9.37 per cent) , Punjab Alkalies (down 8.77 per cent) , Milkfood Ltd (down 8.75 per cent) and Oswal Green Tech (down 8.63 per cent) and Aurobindo Pharma (down 7.48 per cent) were among the worst performers.

In the Nifty pack, 22 stocks were in the green, while 27 stocks were in the red.


The Nifty index was trading 15.80 points down at 11,824.65.
