Share market update: Alkali Metals, Bhilwara Tech among top gainers on BSE
Among the 50 components in the Nifty index, 6 shares were trading in the green, while 44 were in the red.

NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 454.30 points down at 36,663.92 on account of selling in frontline bluechip counters.
Shares of Alkali Metals (up 19.94 per cent), Bhilwara Tech (up 17.20 per cent), Rishabh Digha (up 16.72 per cent), Ansal Buildwell (up 16.12 per cent), Facor Alloys (up 13.59 per cent), T T Ltd (up 13.23 per cent), Jeevan Scientific Technology (up 13.02 per cent), Kkalpana lndustries (up 12.29 per cent), Nath Pulp (up 11.38 per cent) and Valson Industries (up 10 per cent) were among the top performers.
The Nifty 50 index was trading 139.85 points down at 10,857.50.
