Share market update: Adani Gas, Birlasoft among top gainers on BSE
Among the 50 components in the Nifty index, 36 shares were trading in the green, while 14 were in the red.

NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 91.67 points up at 38,218.75 on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.
Shares of Caprihans India (up 18.40 per cent) , GTPL Hathway (up 17.74 per cent) , Think Ink Studio (up 16.20 per cent) , Vardhman Special (up 16.14 per cent) , High Energy Battery (up 16.13 per cent) , Leading Leasing Finance and Investment Company (up 15.61 per cent) , Adani Gas (up 12.50 per cent) , Dhabriya Polywood (up 12.16 per cent) , APM Finvest (up 11.20 per cent), KPIT Technologies (up 10.81 per cent) and Birlasoft (up 10.55 per cent) were among the top performers.
The Nifty 50 index was trading 28.60 points up at 11,333.65.
