Share market update: 94 stocks hit 52-week highs on NSE

Overall, 27 shares were trading in green in Nifty50 index, while 22 were trading in red.

NEW DELHI: Around 94 stocks rose to touch their 52-week highs on NSE in Tuesday's session.

Among the stocks that touched their 52-week highs were Aarti Drugs, Aarti Surfactants , Affle (India), Bajaj Electricals, APL Apollo Tubes, Deepak Nitrite, Hindustan Foods, Indiamart Intermesh, The Grob Tea Company, Mangalam Drugs, Max Healthcare Institute, Neuland Laboratories, Ramco Systems and Tata Elxsi.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index was trading 34.10 points up at 11500.55 on Tuesday on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.


Overall, 27 shares were trading in green in Nifty50 index, while 22 were trading in red.

In the Nifty 50 index, IndusInd Bank, Eicher Motors, SBI, Tata Motors and ICICI Bank were among top gainers, while Bharti Infratel, UPL , HCL Tech, Nestle India and Adani Ports SEZ were trading in red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 131.77 points up at 38930.85.
