Share market update: 87 stocks hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Around 87 stocks rose to touch their 52-week highs on NSE in Monday's session.

Among the stocks that touched their 52-week highs were Aarti Drugs, Asian Paints, Akash Infra-Projects, Bafna Pharmaceuticals, Brooks Laboratories, Deepak Nitrite, Emami, Eicher Motors, Hero MotoCorp, The Grob Tea Company, Mangalam Drugs, Max Healthcare Institute, Neuland Laboratories, Ramco Systems, Tata Coffee

Benchmark NSE Nifty index was trading 67.10 points up at 11438.70 on Monday on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.


Overall, 32 shares were trading in green in Nifty50 index, while 18 were trading in red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Zee Ent., Kotak Bank, HDFC Bank, Grasim Industries and ICICI Bank were among top gainers, while Eicher Motors, Tech Mahindra, HCL Tech, Bharti Airtel and Hindalco Inds. were trading in red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 207.57 points up at 38642.29.
