Share market update: 7 stocks hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Around 7 stocks rose to touch their 52-week highs on NSE in Friday's session.

Among the stocks that touched their 52-week highs were CREDITACCESS GRAMEEN, Grand Foundry, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company, Infosys, Libas Designs, N. B. I. Industrial Finance Company and Tree House Education & Accessories.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index was trading 24.20 points up at 10,872.10 while the BSE Sensex was trading 98.97 points up at 36,743.39.


Overall, 31 shares were trading in the green in Nifty50 index, while 19 were trading in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Tech Mahindra, Axis Bank, Grasim Industries, UltraTech Cement and NTPC were among the top gainers.

While Indiabulls Housing Finance, Sun Pharma, YES Bank, BPCL and Indian Oil Corp were trading in red.
