Share market update: 68 stocks hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Around 68 stocks rose to touch their 52-week highs on NSE in Monday 's session.

Among the stocks that touched their 52-week highs were Ajanta Pharma, Aurobindo Pharma, Cipla, Balaxi Ventures, GTPL Hathway, Eveready Industries, LT Foods, Divi's Laboratories, Dabur India, Granules India, HIL, IPCA Laboratories, Hindustan Zinc, ITI, Karda Constructions, Laurus Labs , Majesco, Nucleus Software, Tata Coffee, Suven Pharma and Torrent Pharma.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index was trading 95.65 points up at 11309.70.


Overall, 37 shares were trading in green in Nifty50 index, while 13 were trading in red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Cipla, M&M, Larsen & Toubro, Tata Motors and Kotak Bank were among top gainers.

While Hindalco Industries, Tata Steel, Asian Paints, Hero MotoCorp and UltraTech Cement were trading in red. The BSE Sensex was trading 309.37 points up at 38349.94.
