Share market update: 67 stocks hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Around 67 stocks rose to touch their 52-week highs on NSE in Thursday's session.
Among the stocks that touched their 52-week highs were Aarvi Encon,Banaras Beads , Akash Infra-Projects, Brooks Laboratories, Essel Propack, Ester Industries, Jindal Steel & Power, Marksans Pharma, Ndr Auto Components, ABB Power Products and Systems India, International Constructions and UFLEX.
Benchmark NSE Nifty index was trading 74.20 points down at 11334.20 on Thursday on account of selling in frontline bluechip counters.
Overall, 15 shares were trading in green in Nifty50 index, while 35 were trading in red.
In the Nifty 50 index, NTPC, Hindalco Industries, PowerGrid, GAIL and BPCL were among top gainers. While Titan Company , ICICI Bank, HDFC, Bharti Airtel and IndusInd Bank were trading in red.
