Share market update: 47 stocks hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Around 47 stocks rose to touch their 52-week highs on NSE in Tuesday's session.

Among the stocks that touched their 52-week highs were Amber Enterprises, Atul, Deepak Nitrite, Godrej Agrovet, Indraprastha Gas, Infibeam Avenues, Jubilant Industries, Dr. Lal Path Labs, MRF, Rana Sugars, Ruchi Soya Industries and Uttam Value Steels.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index was trading 1.05 points up at 12,117.95 while the BSE Sensex was trading 19.23 points up at 41,174.35.


Overall, 20 shares were trading in the green in Nifty50 index, while 30 were trading in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, HDFC, Hero MotoCorp, BPCL, M&M and Sun Pharma were among the top gainers.

While Vedanta , PowerGrid, Tata Steel, Bharti Airtel and JSW Steel were trading in the red.
