Share market update: 35 stocks hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Around 35 stocks rose to touch their 52-week highs on NSE in Monday's session.

Among the stocks that touched their 52-week highs were Aarti Industries, Alkyl Amines Chemicals, Career Point, FDC, GMR Infrastructure, InfoBeans Technologies, ICICI Securities, JK Cement, Mstc, Muthoot Finance, Polycab India, Sanofi India and Tube Investments of India.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index was trading 132.10 points down at 11,948.75 while the BSE Sensex was trading 429.89 points down at 40,740.23.


Overall, 8 shares were trading in the green in Nifty50 index, while 42 were trading in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Sun Pharma, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, SBI and Bharti Infratel were among the top gainers.

While Hindalco Industries, JSW Steel, Tata Steel, Vedanta and ONGC were trading in the red.
