Share market update: 35 stocks hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Around 35 stocks rose to touch their 52-week highs on NSE in Friday's session.
Among the stocks that touched their 52-week highs were Alembic, Asian Paints, Balaxi Ventures, Digicontent, Emami, Globus Spirits, Hindustan Foods, Jubilant Foodworks, Kellton Tech Solutions, Max Healthcare Institute and Tata Elxsi.
Benchmark NSE Nifty index was trading 4.05 points up at 11453.30 on Friday on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.
Overall, 26 shares were trading in green in Nifty50 index, while 23 were trading in red. In the Nifty 50 index, Bharti Infratel, Britannia Inds., Titan Company , HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd. and Grasim Inds. were among top gainers, while Adani Ports SEZ, IndusInd Bank, HCL Tech, Eicher Motors and Nestle India were trading in red.
