Share market update: 31 stocks hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Around 31 stocks rose to touch their 52-week highs on NSE in Thursday's session.

Among the stocks that touched their 52-week highs were Alembic, Bajaj Finserv, Bajaj Finance, DFM Foods, Hinduja Global Solutions, Jubilant Industries, Laurus Labs, Pidilite Industries, Rana Sugars and TCI Express.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index was trading 64.60 points down at 12,064.90 while the BSE Sensex was trading 220 points down at 40,978.66.


Overall, 12 shares were trading in the green in Nifty50 index, while 37 were trading in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Hero MotoCorp, Bajaj Finance, Eicher Motors, NTPC and Tata Motors were among the top gainers.

While YES Bank, Zee Ent., Bharti Airtel, IndusInd Bank and Tata Steel were trading in the red.
