Share market update: 30 stocks hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Around 30 stocks rose to touch their 52-week highs on NSE in Monday's session.

Among the stocks that touched their 52-week highs were Abbott India, Adani Enterprises,Adani Green Energy, Adani Power, Agro Phos India, Bajaj Finserv, Bharat Dynamics, INOX Leisure, Metropolis Healthcare and Tube Investments of India.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index was trading 70.55 points up at 11,961.15 while the BSE Sensex was trading 201.30 points up at 40,366.33.


Overall, 38 shares were trading in the green in Nifty50 index, while 12 were trading in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Bharti Infratel, JSW Steel, Tata Steel, Vedanta and Hindalco Inds. were among the top gainers.

While ZEEL, Hero MotoCorp, Indian Oil Corp, Infosys and Bajaj Auto were trading in the red.
