Share market update: 26 stocks hit 52-week highs on NSE
Overall, 27 shares were trading in green in Nifty50 index, while 22 were trading in red.

NEW DELHI: Around 26 stocks rose to touch their 52-week highs on NSE in Wednesday 's session.
Among the stocks that touched their 52-week highs were Bafna Pharmaceuticals, Brooks Laboratories, HSIL, Jyoti Structures, Karda Constructions, Infosys , Sasken Technologies and Venus Remedies.
Benchmark NSE Nifty index was trading 55.20 points up at 11208.85 on Wednesday on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.
Overall, 27 shares were trading in green in Nifty50 index, while 22 were trading in red.
In the Nifty 50 index, Asian Paints, Infosys, RIL, Wipro and ITC were among top gainers, while Bharti Airtel, Tata Steel, TCS, JSW Steel and IndusInd Bank were trading in red.
The BSE Sensex was trading 207.45 points up at 37941.53.
