Share market update: 17 stocks hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Around 17 stocks rose to touch their 52-week highs on NSE in Thursday's session.
Among the stocks that touched their 52-week highs were Alchemist, Aarti Drugs, Adani Green Energy, Bayer Cropscience, Birla Tyres, Educomp Solutions , Kapston Facilities Management, Mittal Life Style and Vinyl Chemicals (India) .
Benchmark NSE Nifty index was trading 157.25 points up at 9472.20.
Overall, 39 shares were trading in green in Nifty50 index, while 11 were trading in red.
In the Nifty 50 index, IndusInd Bank, Zee Ent., Eicher Motors, HDFC Bank and Axis Bank were among top gainers.
While Wipro, BPCL, ITC, Grasim Inds. and Bharti Airtel were trading in red.
