Share market update: 15 stocks hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Around 15 stocks rose to touch their 52-week highs on NSE in Wednesday's session.

Among the stocks that touched their 52-week highs were Agro Phos India, Bajaj Finserv, Balrampur Chini Mills, HDFC, IIFL Securities, Parabolic Drugs, Uttam Value Steels and Visesh Infotecnics.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index was trading 8.05 points up at 12173.05 while the BSE Sensex was trading 49.52 points up at 41,401.69.


Overall, 19 shares were trading in green in Nifty50 index, while 30 were trading in red in the afternoon trade.

In the Nifty 50 index, Wipro, JSW Steel, M&M, TCS and Tata Motors were among the top gainers.

While GAIL, Zee Ent., HUL, SBI and YES Bank were trading in red.
