Share market update: 15 stocks hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Around 15 stocks rose to touch their 52-week highs on NSE in Thursday's session.

Among the stocks that touched their 52-week highs were Agro Phos India, Alkem Laboratories, Cosmo Films, Dixon Technologies, Godfrey Phillips India, Hind Rectifiers, Hindustan Foods, Jump Networks and VST Industries.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index was trading 24.10 points down at 11,816.35 while the BSE Sensex was trading 47.34 points down at 40,068.72.


Overall, 22 shares were trading in the green in Nifty50 index, while 28 were trading in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, YES Bank, Infosys, Maruti Suzuki, Eicher Motors and Grasim Inds. were among the top gainers.

While Bharti Infratel, Bharti Airtel, IndusInd Bank, Tata Motors and Indian Oil Corp were trading in the red.
