Share market update: 11 stocks hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Around 11 stocks rose to touch their 52-week highs on NSE in Monday's session.

Among the stocks that touched their 52-week highs were Alchemist, Bafna Pharmaceuticals, Venus Remedies, Jocil, Ruchi Soya Industries and Torrent Power.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index was trading 473.65 points down at 9386.25 while the BSE Sensex was trading 1683.21 points down at 32,034.41.


Overall, 3 shares were trading in green in Nifty50 index, while 47 were trading in red in the afternoon trade.

In the Nifty 50 index, Cipla, Sun Pharma, Dr. Reddy's Labs, Bharti Airtel and RIL were among top gainers.

While Hindalco Inds, Tata Motors, Vedanta , Adani Ports SEZ and Zee Ent. were trading in red.
