Shah Investor's Home IPO opens for subscription today, September 28, 2026, giving investors a three-day window to bid. In the grey market, the IPO is currently commanding a 5% premium, indicating that the shares are being quoted above the upper end of the issue price band ahead of listing.

Shah Investor's Home IPO is a book-built issue worth Rs 90.17 crore and comprises an entirely fresh issue of 53.99 lakh shares. The IPO will remain open for subscription until September 30, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on October 1, while the shares are tentatively scheduled to list on the NSE and BSE on October 6, 2026.

The company has fixed the IPO price band at Rs 159 to Rs 167 per share. The lot size is 85 shares, with retail investors required to invest a minimum of Rs 14,195, based on the upper end of the price band.


Beeline Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd. is the book-running lead manager for the issue, while MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar.

Shah Investor's Home IPO GMP today

The latest available grey market premium (GMP) for Shah Investor's Home IPO stands at Rs 9, or around 5%, over the upper price band of Rs 167 per share. Based on the current GMP, the estimated listing price is around Rs 176 per share.

Objects of the issue

The company proposes to utilise the net proceeds from the IPO primarily towards funding its working capital requirements, for which it has allocated Rs 60 crore.

The remaining proceeds are proposed to be used for general corporate purposes, including meeting the company's general business and operational requirements.

Financial performance

Shah Investor's Home Ltd.'s total income declined 23%, from Rs 94 crore in FY25 to Rs 72 crore in FY26. The decline came as the company's revenue moderated during the financial year ended March 31, 2026.

Profit after tax (PAT) fell 44%, from Rs 23 crore in FY25 to Rs 13 crore in FY26. As a result, the company reported a decline in both income and profitability in FY26 compared with the previous financial year.
